Moto G Max Launched in India With 7,000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display
Motorola has launched the new Moto G Max in India. The smartphone joins the company’s G-series lineup. It is also Motorola’s second “Max” smartphone in the country.
The Moto G Max features a 6.72-inch Full-HD+ LCD display. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,050 nits of peak brightness. Moreover, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen.
The phone runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI. It uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor. The chipset is paired with 6GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In addition, RAM Boost can provide up to 24GB of virtual RAM.
For photography, the Moto G Max has a dual-camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 600 main camera. It also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 119.5-degree field of view. For selfies, the phone gets a 32-megapixel front camera.
The biggest highlight is its 7,000mAh battery. Motorola pairs it with 30W TurboPower charging. The company claims up to 63 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The smartphone also supports dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and a USB Type-C port. It retains a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. Furthermore, the device has an IP64 rating and meets MIL-STD-810H durability standards.

The Moto G Max costs Rs. 27,999 in India. It comes in a single configuration with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The phone is available in Pantone Alaskan Blue, Pantone Malaga and Pantone Stargazer colours. It will be sold through Flipkart.
The sale starts on August 20 at 12pm. Buyers can get a Rs. 1,000 instant discount with eligible Axis Bank and ICICI Bank credit card transactions. Alternatively, customers can receive a Rs. 1,000 exchange bonus.
