Mivi Launches First Smartphone, the One 5G, in India
Mivi has launched its first smartphone in India. The Mivi One 5G uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. Memory options reach 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone has a 6.745-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. A 50-megapixel rear camera is included. Five colour options are offered. Sales begin in October.
The 4GB + 128GB model costs Rs 14,999. The 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs 15,999. The 8GB + 128GB model costs Rs 16,999. Colours are Blue, Burgundy, Pink, Green and Navy Blue. The first sale is set for 8 October on Flipkart.
During Flipkart Big Billion Days the company has confirmed lower effective prices. The 4GB + 128GB variant starts at Rs 11,999. The 6GB and 8GB versions are listed at Rs 12,999 and Rs 13,999. Those tags include sale cuts and bank offers.
Jio buyers will receive extra digital perks. These include 12 months of Canva Pro, one month of Hotstar Mobile + Hollywood, 18 months of Google Gemini Pro with 5,000GB of Google Cloud storage, and 50GB of Jio AI Cloud storage.
Mivi offers a one-year warranty. The brand says after-sales cover more than 500 service centres. Free pick-up and drop is available across more than 19,000 PIN codes.
The phone runs Pure Android 16. Mivi has promised updates through Android 18. The 6.745-inch HD+ screen uses 2.5D cover glass. The 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Mivi cites an AnTuTu score of about 490,000.
The rear camera is a 50-megapixel primary sensor with PDAF plus an unspecified second lens. An 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls. ClearTalk, powered by Mivi’s Neural Voice Engine, is said to cut traffic, wind, talk and music noise during calls.
The battery is 6,000mAh and supports 18W charging. Thickness is 9.15 mm. Weight is 210 grams. An IP64 rating covers dust and water splash. India buyers can confirm final sale prices when Flipkart listings go live on 8 October.
