Vivo V80 India Price Leak Puts Box MRP Near Rs. 1.2 Lakh
A price claim for the Vivo V80 has surfaced before the India launch. Vivo has not announced official pricing yet. The company has already confirmed several hardware and camera details.
Tipster Ahsan Kharbai (@AHSANKHARBAI) says the 8GB + 128GB model will carry a box MRP of Rs. 1,19,999. Box MRP is usually higher than the street price. The same leak says the phone will still launch above Rs. 60,000.
The tipster also lists unconfirmed internals. Those claims include a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The leak further points to an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. IP68 and IP69 ratings are mentioned as well. Vivo has not officially confirmed that chipset or memory combo.
Confirmed specs are clearer. The V80 will use a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display. The panel will run at 144Hz and reach up to 5,000 nits local peak brightness. OriginOS 7, based on Android 17, will ship on the phone. The body uses one-piece cold-carved glass and a floating camera module.
Zeiss tunes the cameras. A 50-megapixel OIS main sensor leads the set. A 50-megapixel night telephoto lens sits beside it. A 50-megapixel group selfie camera handles the front. Vivo says the system supports 3x optical zoom and up to 100x zoom. It can record 4K cinematic video and 4K at 60fps. Extra tools include AI Creative Camera, Live Sticker Collage, and AI Diwali Portrait 2.0.
Battery capacity is 7,200mAh. Charging is rated at 90W FlashCharge. Vivo claims up to 14 hours of navigation and 39.5 hours of local video playback.
The India launch is set for October 6 at 12pm IST. Colour options are Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue, and Stellar Black. Sales will run through Vivo’s India site, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline stores. Official pricing should arrive with that event.
