Garmin has just launched its latest wearable, the Garmin Cirqa smart band. The company introduced the device in select global markets on Tuesday.
This new screenless band aims to deliver continuous health and fitness tracking without distractions. Users view all their metrics directly on the connected smartphone through the Garmin Connect app.
The Cirqa enters a competitive space. It goes head-to-head with recent releases like the Google Fitbit Air and Whoop 4.0.
Garmin will start selling the Cirqa this week through its official online store. In the United States, the smart band carries a price tag of $199.99, which comes to roughly Rs. 19,000.
Buyers can choose from seven stylish fabric band colors: Black, Captain Blue, Citron Gray, Dark Olive, French Gray, French Blue, and Mauve. The band also comes in two size options — S-M and L-XL — for a comfortable fit.
Moreover, users gain flexibility in how they wear it. The fabric band works on the wrist or as an armband.
The Cirqa shines with its activity tracking features. It automatically detects and records workouts, which users can later review and edit in the Garmin Connect app. For more control, people can manually start tracking over 80 different activities, including running, walking, and yoga. A simple tap on the side button also lets them select preset sessions.
Garmin packs the band with advanced training insights. These include training readiness, HRV status, VO2 max, and overall training status.
Battery life stands out as another strong point. The device delivers up to 10 days of use with continuous health and fitness monitoring. It further supports connected GPS and LiveTrack location sharing through the app.
Additional sensors enhance the experience. The Cirqa offers heart rate monitoring, SpO2 blood oxygen tracking, stress monitoring, sleep analysis, Body Battery energy monitoring, respiration rate, fitness age, abnormal heart rate alerts, and women’s health tracking.
The smart band works seamlessly with both Android phones and iPhones. Garmin also notes that its activity detection will grow smarter over time as it learns from user data.
Overall, the Cirqa delivers a minimalist yet powerful option for fitness enthusiasts who want reliable tracking without a screen constantly demanding attention.
