Infinix Note Edge 5G Set for India Launch on February 18
Infinix will launch the Infinix Note Edge 5G in India on February 18 at 12pm. The company confirmed the date through a dedicated microsite. Therefore, the device’s India debut now stands official.
The smartphone will go on sale via Flipkart. Buyers can choose from Stellar Blue, Silk Green, and Lunar Titanium. Moreover, the blue variant will feature a metallic back, while the green option will offer a silk fibre finish.
Infinix confirmed that the device will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. The company claims it scored over 7,50,000 points on AnTuTu. As a result, it positions the phone as a strong mid-range contender.
The handset will measure just 7.2mm in thickness. It will sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K 3D Curved AMOLED display. In addition, the screen will deliver up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness.
The display will also support TUV Blue Light certification and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Consequently, users can expect both comfort and durability.
The phone will pack a 6,500mAh battery. It will support 45W wired fast charging. Furthermore, Infinix will include JBL-tuned dual speakers for enhanced audio.
The device will carry an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. It will also feature an RGB Halo Light on the back. Meanwhile, the dual rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor.
Globally, the Infinix Note Edge 5G launched on January 19 at a starting price of $200. The global model includes a 13-megapixel front camera. However, the India pricing remains undisclosed.
