Razer Launches Hammerhead V3 Chroma Wired Gaming Earphones with ANC and RGB
Razer has launched the Hammerhead V3 Chroma wired USB Type-C gaming earphones. The new model adds active noise cancellation and customisable Chroma RGB lighting. It targets gamers who want clear audio and immersive sound during long sessions.
The earphones feature 11mm dynamic drivers paired with dedicated 6mm tweeters. They carry an IPX4 water-resistance rating. An in-line remote with an omnidirectional microphone allows easy control of audio and voice chat. Therefore, players can manage calls and game sound without removing the earphones.
Razer has priced the Hammerhead V3 Chroma at $79.99 (roughly Rs. 7,000). The wired earphones are available through Razer’s official website and select retail stores. The design uses a USB Type-C connector with a 90-degree angled plug for better durability.
The earphones support feed-forward active noise cancellation. On PC, they deliver THX Surround Sound 7.1 through Razer Synapse 4 for enhanced positional awareness. Frequency response covers 20Hz to 28kHz, while impedance sits at 32 ohms. Sensitivity is rated at 106dBSPL, and maximum input power is 10mW. Moreover, the omnidirectional microphone offers a 63dB signal-to-noise ratio and -26dB sensitivity at 1kHz.
Chroma RGB lighting provides customisable backlighting with 16.8 million colours. Users can choose from four preset equaliser profiles or create one custom profile. The earphones include a 1.2-metre cable and weigh 27.1 grams.
