Honor Launches Win H7 and Win H9 Gaming Laptops in China
Honor has introduced two new gaming laptops in China. The company launched the Honor Win H9 and Honor Win H7 on Thursday. These models target gamers and performance users who need strong power and smooth experience.
Pricing and Availability
The Honor Win H9 starts at CNY 11,999 (about Rs. 1,64,900). This base variant comes with Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and RTX 5060 graphics. Higher versions reach up to CNY 18,499 (about Rs. 2,54,600) for the Ultra 9 290HX Plus with RTX 5070 Ti GPU.
Meanwhile, the Honor Win H7 is more affordable. It begins at CNY 9,199 (about Rs. 1,26,600) with Intel Core i7 and RTX 5060. The RTX 5070 version costs CNY 10,999 (about Rs. 1,51,400).
First-sale prices are lower than regular rates. Customers can also get extra discounts through government subsidies.
The Win H7 is already on sale in China. On the other hand, the Win H9 will go on sale from May 6 to May 10. Buyers can purchase both models from Honor Mall, authorized stores, and major e-commerce platforms.
Design and Display
Both laptops feature a large 16-inch IPS display. They offer sharp 2560×1600 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The Win H9 supports up to 300Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, and 500 nits brightness. In comparison, the Win H7 offers up to 180Hz refresh rate with 100% sRGB coverage.
Honor offers the Win H9 in Flash White and Black Sea colors. The Win H7 comes only in Black color.
Performance and Features
The Honor Win H9 runs on powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX or Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processors. It pairs them with Nvidia RTX 5060, RTX 5070, or RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards.
The Honor Win H7 uses Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with RTX 5060 or RTX 5070 graphics.
Both models support up to 32GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD storage. They run on Windows 11 Home. In addition, they include Honor’s AI features such as YOYO Assistant for better performance and optimization.
Battery, Connectivity, and Other Highlights
The Win H9 comes with a large 92Wh battery. It supports fast charging up to 60% in just 30 minutes. The Win H7 has an 80Wh battery that charges up to 70% in 30 minutes. Both laptops deliver good battery life for all-day office work.
For connectivity, they offer Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, multiple USB ports, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Win H9 also includes a Thunderbolt 4 port.
Other features include full-size backlit keyboards (RGB on Win H9), dual speakers with Nahimic audio, and multi-device collaboration tools. The laptops focus on strong cooling, fast performance, and modern AI capabilities.
