Apple Vision Pro 2 in the Works
Apple is developing its second-generation Vision Pro headset, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The new model will support high-end enterprise applications and low-latency connectivity.
Tethered to Mac Computer
Unlike the first generation, Vision Pro 2 will be tethered to a Mac computer. This wired connection will enable advanced enterprise applications and low latency connectivity.
Refreshed Model in the Works
Apple is also working on a lighter and more affordable version of the Vision Pro. This model will compete with Meta’s Quest 3, priced at $500.
Production and Launch
Components for the Vision Pro 2 are already in production. The headset might launch later this year. Demand remains uncertain due to lackluster sales of the first-generation model and ongoing tariff issues.
