Reliance Jio Launches New Jio OTT Pass in India
Reliance Jio introduced its latest offering on Wednesday. The company launched the Jio OTT Pass as an all-in-one entertainment and connectivity pack.
This new plan combines popular streaming services, live television, and mobile data in a single bundle. Jio claims the services inside the pack hold a total value of around Rs. 1,500 per month.
Affordable Pricing
Jio has priced the OTT Pass at just Rs. 200. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days. Customers can easily purchase it through the MyJio app, Jio website, retail stores, and other recharge platforms.
However, users must have an active Jio base plan first. Only then can they activate this add-on pack.
What the Pack Offers
The Jio OTT Pass provides access to 15 premium OTT platforms. Subscribers enjoy JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood and Prime Video Mobile Edition. Moreover, they receive 12 additional platforms through JioTV. These include Sony LIV, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, and YouTube Premium.
Furthermore, users get ad-free viewing, background playback, and offline downloads with YouTube Premium.
In addition, the pack unlocks more than 1,000 live TV channels. These channels cover entertainment, sports, movies, news, and regional content from major broadcasters.
Data Benefits
Customers receive 30GB of high-speed 4G/5G data under the pack. Eligible users also enjoy unlimited 5G data for up to 28 days. However, the plan does not include voice calling benefits.
