Vivo V40e has officially been teased to launch in India soon. The company has yet to announce an exact launch date but it has revealed the design, colour options, and key features of the upcoming handset. Meanwhile, a report has shared the likely price range alongside the expected RAM and storage configurations of the smartphone. The Vivo V30e successor is expected to join the Vivo V40 Pro and Vivo V40 handsets, which were introduced in the country in August.

Vivo V40e confirms that the phone will launch in India soon. The handset will be offered in two colorways — Mint Green and Royal Bronze.

Infinix Xpad was launched in India on Friday. It is the first tablet offering from the company and sports an 11-inch full-HD+ screen, an 8-megapixel main camera, and a quad speaker unit. It supports Wi-Fi as well as 4G LTE connectivity and ships with Android 14-based XOS 14. The newly launched tablet comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. It will be available for purchase in the country later this month.

Infinix Xpad price in India starts at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB + 128GB option. It will go on sale in the country starting 12pm IST on September 26 via Flipkart. The tablet is offered in three color options — Frost Blue, Stellar Grey, and Titan Gold.

Intel Core Ultra 200V series CPUs – dubbed Lunar Lake – were launched in India on Thursday, roughly eight days after their global debut. It is the second-generation artificial intelligence (AI) enabled processors launched by the company, following the launch of Meteor Lake CPUs in December 2023. Coupled with several AI-accelerated features, the Intel Core Ultra 200V series is capable of delivering a total of 67 trillion operations per second (TOPS). Lunar Lake is the first processor from the company to have the Microsoft Copilot+ label.

Intel Core Ultra 200V Lunar Lake series-powered laptops will be available for preorder at retail platforms such as Amazon, Croma, Flipkart, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales starting September 12. The devices can be purchased starting September 24.

This will include offerings from global manufacturers such as Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI, and Samsung.

Vivo T3 Ultra was unveiled in India on Thursday as the latest T series smartphone from the Chinese tech brand. The new handset boasts a curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and carries a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main rear camera. The Vivo T3 Ultra has a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset under the hood. It packs a 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The same rear camera, battery and chipset are also available on the premium Vivo V40 Pro.

Vivo T3 Ultra is priced at Rs. 31,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB model. The 8GB RAM + 256GB model and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage models have a price tag of Rs. 33,999 and Rs. 35,999, respectively. It is available in Frost Green and Lunar Gray colors. The handset will go on sale starting September 19 at 7:00pm through Flipkart, Vivo’s e-store, and retail outlets.

OpenAI Strawberry, a rumoured new artificial intelligence (AI) model with enhanced reasoning and mathematical problem-solving capabilities, will reportedly be released by the end of September. As per a report, the new AI model will be launched within ChatGPT as well as be included in a separate offering. Earlier this year, the AI firm was rumoured to be working on this new generative AI technology which can think and solve complex tasks that require multi-step problem solving. Notably, Strawberry is said not to be the next generation of GPT but a separate model with added features.

iPhone 16 price in India starts at Rs. 79,900 for the base model with 128GB of storage, and the handset is also available in 256GB and 512GB storage variants that are priced at Rs. 89,900 and 1,09,900, respectively.

Price of iPhone 16 Plus model starts at Rs. 89,900 for the 128GB model while the 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 99,900. Customers can also purchase the handset with 512GB of storage for Rs. 1,19,900.

iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are sold in Black, Pink, Teal, Ultramarine, and White colors and will be available to preorder starting September 13. The handsets are scheduled to go on sale via Apple’s online store in India on September 20.

Cryptocurrency market on Monday, September 9, was largely profitable, with most digital assets recording gains. Bitcoin registered a minor gain of around one percent on Indian exchanges like CoinDCX and CoinSwitch. At the time of writing, BTC in India was trading at $58,718 (roughly Rs. 49 lakh). On international exchanges, meanwhile, the value of BTC reeled-in gains of over 1.60 percent in the last 24 hours, following which its price claimed the mark of $55,170 (roughly Rs. 46.3 lakh).

Ether followed Bitcoin’s trajectory to reel-in minor gains of under one percent on Indian exchanges in the last 24 hours. With this, the value of ETH has come to the mark of $2,460 (roughly Rs .2.06 lakh).
